Machining Facilities
We have a complete machining facility and can meet most machining needs. Our machine shop has a varied range of machines that are capable of turning;
- Shafts (up to 6m long 1000mm diameter)
- Gears
- Sline Shafts
- Crane Wheels. tres etc
- Line boring
- Keyways
- General machining
The machine shop is serviced by 2 overhead cranes and has a number of machines:
- Horizontal and vertical boring mills
- Slotting Machines
- Milling machines
- Centre lathes
All functions are covered from basic turning to intricate gears and splines.

Engineering Services
Fabrication
We have a large well-equipped general fabrication workshop which specialises in the fabrication and rebuilding of Overhead Cranes, Hoists and Lifting equipment.
We fabricate light, medium and heavy structural steel and plate work, with facilities to weld, pre treat and paint all steelwork for the following:
- Overhead Cranes
- Jibs, Portals, Semi-portals
- Lifting Spreader Beams
- Plate Grabs
- Heavy duty Bottom Blocks
- Conveyor Structures, Hoppers, Shute’s etc…

Our fabrication department also carries out site fabrication and erection of any steelwork. We have coded welders that are trained and coded to the ASME IX. Our extensive organisational structure is here to satisfy any of your company requirements and we guarantee well trained and dedicated personnel.

Fitting & Mechanical Services
We specialise in the maintenance and servicing of overhead cranes and hoists. There are specially trained and skilled personnel to carry out all types of repairs and services. We have the facilities to strip, repair and reassemble all types of mechanical devices such as:

- Bottom Blocks

- Slab / plate lifters
